Thank you, Gita. Artichokes are beautiful plants, and many people around here plant a few for unusual ornamental plants in their yards. The blooms are great favorites of bees, too. Before I moved here, I never saw artichoke plants up close, and never, ever saw them blooming. They seem like plants from Mars to me. :- )
