Another Page Begun
Here's the start of the next page. I'm making fair progress on it and hope to have it finished soon, and the next one begun, maybe even before the month is over. I think this is for October...? Anyway, I'm feeling powerfully motivated to work fast, since Portland Bead Expo is only two weeks away!
This page has a lot to do with growing, emotions and events, but feel free, as always, to interpret it any way that works for you. I get a lot of stuff worked out through these pages, but sometimes I don't realize what they mean for me until much later. I've always believed that art is a relationship not only with the art piece and the artist, but the art piece and the viewer, as well. And ultimately, the viewer/art relationship may be the most important.

It looks like you are working something through! It looks like a tumultuous you (zigzags) with stuff swamping you from above and below. But it looks very nice, full of movement and pretty colors.
I can see the growth (chart type marks) and the emotions (flowing river). They go together like hot dogs and buns. You just got to ride that wave!
Great looking page, inventive color scheme.
I'm really liking this one so far. Great colors and flow.

Very Very cool! Love the green, as always. I like your comments on viewing art, both as the artist and the viewee... :)

Great piece and I love the commentary, as always!
Love the colours on this one & I see highs & lows of life, surrounded by the flow of events that shape us all
Love the river flowing at the foot of the mountains - that's what I see. I really like the river - it's not so rigid.
Have a great time in Portland!
What I see immediately is compromise and flexibility just because of the contrast between flowing lines and zig zag lines. But they live together in harmony with there similar colors. Just a thought. They are beautiful..Julie Cook
Love the energy of this piece -- and the colors, too!
